We aim to dispatch your REVÉ by RENÉ purchases within 3 working days. Goods are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse with the utmost care and love. REVÉ by RENÉ will send you an email to confirm your shipping and tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, please email contact@revebyrene.com.
SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER US$400 WORLDWIDE
If your order does not reach US$400, the shipping costs are listed below:

IMPORT DUTY AND TAX
For overseas shipping, customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes, clearance fees or any other additional charges which are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. In this case, the shipping company will inform you directly by telephone or email.
REVÉ by RENÉ are not responsible for any duties, customs, tariffs, taxes and VATs applied to your shipment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
At REVÉ by RENÉ, we believe in the quality of our products and the service that we provide. However, we understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with the product you have received. For this reason we provide to you with return policy of 5 working days from the time of receiving your order. You must notify customer care in writing of your wish to return the order by emailing contact@revebyrene.com identifying the defective condition in writing and attached photo. Items being returned must be in their original condition and packaging. All goods will be inspected upon receipt. If received in defective condition, our customer service team will contact you directly. Products that are not defective will be non-returnable and non-refundable under REVÉ Returns Policy. All sale items are final, no exchanges or refunds;
1. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are reasonable for the care of the good(s) being returned and will be liable for any loss or damage to the item(s) until we’ve received them at our showroom. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable method of shipment to return your order; and to retain proof of sending as well as a photo of the defective condition in case of a dispute. Please be sure to provide us with the tracking number of your return shipment.
2. At the moment, revebyrene.com is not responsible for any charges incurred for return shipments outside of Hong Kong. For our international customers - please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
3. Before your parcel leaves our showroom, it is fully checked and controlled by our fulfilment team. If you’ve received an item that is defective, please contact us immediately. All items must be returned new, unused, and from the country that the order was originally delivered to. All sunglasses have a seal label, if removed, revebyrene.com may not accept the return or exchange and may send it back to the customer. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
4. The account originally used to purchase the item(s) will be credited upon the successful processing of the returned item(s) less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 days of us receiving the item(s).
